Return and Refund Policy for Frozen Chicken Items

At Wing Heaven, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of our products, including frozen chicken, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with food handling standards.


1. Return Policy

We do not accept returns on frozen chicken items unless:

  • The product arrived damaged or compromised during shipping.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is spoiled upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • The product must remain frozen and unopened.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the product is out of stock after your order has been placed.

  • If the product was delivered spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, and verified by our support team.

  • If you cancel your order before dispatch (usually within 2 hours of ordering).

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval and will be credited back to your original payment method.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • The item was not stored properly after delivery (e.g., left out to thaw).

  • The return request was made after 24 hours of delivery.

  • You changed your mind after delivery.

  • The product has been opened or used.


4. Delivery Concerns

If you are unavailable to receive the delivery and the product spoils as a result, we cannot offer a refund. Please ensure someone is available to receive frozen goods at the time of delivery.
